IBADAN · QUARTERLY
Cyber Meetup brings practitioners, students, researchers, founders, leaders and enthusiasts into the same room for open conversation, collaboration, mentorship and meaningful professional connections.
The inaugural meetup brought together 30+ people in August 2026 at Café One, Ibadan.
THE APPROACH
CyberPastey’s community work starts from the belief that security should be everyone’s priority.
Ibadan’s cybersecurity ecosystem is convened and facilitated through a quarterly meetup, while community partnerships, campus conversations and accessible education create other ways to learn and connect.
Cyber Meetup is a CyberPastey initiative—not a claim of ownership over the wider Ibadan cybersecurity ecosystem. It exists to help more of the people already doing and entering the work know one another.
